Frances Del Valle focuses on financial services, with twenty years of corporate communications and top tier media relations experience. She provides strategic communications support and helps create strong media relationships for her financial services clients. Select clients she has supported include TD Ameritrade, Cetera Financial, Momentum Planning, dough, tastytrade, Popular, Inc., AIG, I-Bankers Direct, Lehman Brothers, Select SPDRs, Putnam Investments, BullionVault and CMG Wealth Management.
Fran was formerly a vice president for Euro RSCG Magnet where she specialized in media relations and building thought leadership for both emerging and established companies. She provided strategic counsel and created programs for eSpeed/Cantor Fitzgerald, Automated Trading Desk (sold to Citi for $900M+), D&B, the Loan Syndications and Trading Association (LSTA) and Reuters. While here she earned a bronze sabre award for her work on Cantor Fitzgerald/eSpeed’s repositioning post September 11.
Frances joined Euro RSCG Magnet from FrontLine Capital Group, a publicly-traded incubator. As a Director, she was responsible for all media relations, public relations and marketing activities to promote the 11 portfolio companies.
Prior to her position at FrontLine Capital Group, Frances was a marketing associate for BlackRock, the largest asset management firm in the world. She assisted in the development of the Fund group’s marketing department and strategies and was responsible for all media relations outreach. As a result of the communications and marketing program created, the firm secured over 400 newspaper articles that reached over 1.5 billion readers and more than 40 magazine articles read by over 8 million. During her time at BlackRock, the firm grew 48 percent from $117 billion in assets under management to over $173 billion and its transition into a publicly traded company.
Her other agency experience includes positions with Edelman Financial Worldwide where she developed an expertise with ADR and domestic listings. She and her team were awarded a silver anvil for their work for Bermuda International Business Association. She was also a senior account executive with Fleishman Hillard specializing in financial services.
Frances began her career with The Icon Group in New York, where she worked extensively on garnering media coverage and securing U.S. investment for the Government of the Philippines. While there, she secured media appointments for President Fidel Ramos and other senior government officials.
A native New Yorker, she holds a B.A. in Political Science from Columbia University in New York City.
