Stephen’s specialty is shaping technology stories for businesses that are changing the way we work, live and communicate. His media expertise ranges from traditional media relations, brand communications, blogging and new forms of social interaction. He has spent his career working with startups, legacy organizations and nonprofits, as well as more robust corporate entities, which each have unique and interesting stories to tell.
In 2003, Stephen began his career in New York’s technology PR industry and has worked at top firms such as Sloane & Company, Weber Shandwick and later, strategic brand firm, Siegel+Gale. His recent work includes media relations and writing for ad/tech, Big Data and emerging fintech companies.
Stephen has taken companies through acquisitions including 24/7 Media, Inc. and UGO. He also has deep experience advising businesses in enterprise technology, search, search marketing, ad/brand marketing, financial services, entertainment and social media.
For Lightspeed, he handles clients including Krux, 4C, NextCapital and Mode Media.
Stephen is a graduate of Bucknell University and NYU’s Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service. He is an avid blogger and enjoys cinema, reading, tennis and golf.
